A build-your-own-bowl system. You pick a base, a protein, exactly three toppings and a sauce, and the bowl is assembled in front of you. Every component publishes its macros, so the finished bowl's numbers are known before you order.

No. It is not diet food and it is not junk food. Some bowls on this menu are 500 calories and some are well past 1,200 — both are legitimate orders. We publish the numbers and leave the decision to you.

By summing the exact components you selected, at their stated cooked portion weights. Nothing is pre-baked or averaged across a category. Change one topping and the totals recalculate immediately.

Because unlimited choice slows people down and makes bowls inconsistent. Three is enough for genuine variety and few enough to decide in seconds. If you want more, the boost step is there.

Yes. Double Fire Chicken alone carries 102g. Stack it on quinoa with crisp chickpeas and hung curd and you clear 120g in one bowl. We only apply the high-protein label once the finished bowl passes 40g.

Yes, and not as a consolation. Soya keema, rajma, Amritsari chana and paneer tikka are all full protein options. A bowl is only labelled vegan when every single component in it qualifies — including the sauce.

Dairy and nut warnings are flagged on every component and carried through to the finished bowl. That said, this is a shared kitchen and cross-contact is possible, so anyone with a serious allergy should speak to the counter directly rather than relying on the site.

It varies, and the heat level is marked on every component from one to three. Fire Chicken and charred green chilli sit at the top. Nothing is secretly hot.

Yes. Everyone builds their own bowl and the order goes in together — nobody has to compromise on a shared choice they did not want.
